The CSG Marketing platform, the branded portal partner brokerages sign in to, has its own terms at marketing.christiansimpson.global/terms/.
All content on this site, including text, design, imagery, code, and the CSG name and marks, belongs to CSG or its licensors and may not be copied, republished or used to train a model without written permission. Where the site shows a client name, mark or piece of work, it belongs to that client, and where it shows an example brand created by CSG to illustrate what the platform produces, that brand is not a real company.
What is on this site is an introduction to our services. It is not an offer, a quote, or professional, legal or financial advice, and it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship exists only under a signed agreement, and that agreement governs over anything shown here.
Submitting the contact form starts a conversation and creates no obligation for either of us. Do not send confidential information, trade secrets or personal information about a third party through the form. What you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both sides consent to jurisdiction there.
